Pet Odor Removal

FACT:  Animals have a much more acute sense of smell than humans.

FACT: Whether it is five minutes or five years old, pet urine never dries.

These two facts combined can create for a petowner’s hardship during potty training or caring for an indoor pet when an accident quickly becomes a habit or a corner is designated as a kitty restroom.

Carpet cleaning alone cannot effectively remove subsurface pet urine, as demonstrated in the above photo.  Deodorizers merely mask odors and do not actually remove the odor causing bacteria from its source, deep within the padding.

We have designed a special process to effectively target the spotting at its source, with rave reviews and great results.  The affected area is carefully saturated with a special solution. The solution is then extracted with a tool specifcally designed to extract subsurface fluid from the padding.  This tool draws the solutions from the backing and pad back to the surface for removal. This treatment is the most thorough available and least invasive in comparison to completely pulling up carpet. Please feel free to inquire about your unique situation.

We purchased a foreclosed home in Sacramento and it has some pet odors that we need looked at. We hav ebeen asking around and finally searched onlie for pet odor removal specialists in order to find you. We’d like a specialist to come take a look and let us know what our options are and what can be done to remove the smell before we move in.

    • Absolutely, Mr. Stefansen. We will contact you directly, as we do specialize in pet urine and pet odor removal. Our assumption is the odor is caused by bacteria in the padding of the carpet, from urine contamination and “accidents” from either dogs or cats. When we visit your newly purchased home, we will be able to determine where the urine is located, the size and whether it is from a cat or dog. All of this information enables us to effectively counteract and remove odors and bacteria subsurface. In other words, our process is non-invasive and does not involve pulling back carpet, which is quite cost effective for you considering your new home purchase. We have a high rate of success and can explain more at the free estimate. We look forward to talking to you soon. Congratulations on your new home, from The Specialists.
