Today was my second time with The Specialists and if possible, was even more impressed this time. My carpets are pretty old now and I never expect miracles. I just want them as clean and fresh as is possible. Well, maybe not a "miracle" but the next best thing. I think they even look a tad better than last time. If you are truly fortunate, you will have Randy as your specialist. He is so very good at his job, speaks highly of his company and boss, was so considerate of my home and me, and just a really great person to have met. We need more well founded companies like this one, and we need many more people of this caliber.

I have used the specialists for several years now for carpet. Always professional and a great job by their team. Had our travertine and ceramic tile cleaned and sealed just before the holidays. Both turned out fantastic especially the grout ( even in the highest traffic areas like the kitchen). Only regret is we didn't write this review right after. Thanks! We will definitely use the specialists again!

We had our primary bedroom's carpet cleaned as well as our sectional couch. Our cats enjoy leaving us hairballs on the carpet and I've spent WAY more time on the couch, leaving greasy spots here and there. So, time for a clean! We received a quick response, easy quote, and just a few days wait for the clean (it could have been sooner but my schedule wouldn't allow). Randal showed up on time. He wore a mask unprompted. He made sure our expectations were good and got to work. Awhile later he was finished and did a fantastic job! He didn't think a certain spot would come out but, in the end, there's not even a trace! Thanks!

Great job cleaning my tile floors and sealing them they look incredible. I appreciate all the hard work and care the technician Kevin took to do a great job and protect my home while cleaning. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a n excellent floor and carpet cleaning service. You will not be disappointed.

Start to finish... excellent! I had a quick response to my request for a quote. It was easy to schedule a time that was convenient for me. I had calls and emails to confirm including day before and en route. Kevin was an excellent technician. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional and informative. It was reasonably priced for highest quality work. I definitely recommend them

The owner of this company, James, is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the service is done with complete satisfaction. He represents what customer service USED to be like. I was pleased to be able to talk with someone who was super nice, and so helpful.. hard to come by these days! His guys are prompt, courteous and hard working. My wife and I moved into our home in Rancho Cordova back in 2013. One of our priorities was to have a lap pool built in our backyard. In foreseeing this, we decided to have mostly floor tiles installed into the new house. Carpets are only in our bedrooms. Well, we now have that pool, but the home now has significant dirt within its grout lines. We had experienced grout issues from our previous home in the Bay Area and had found it difficult to clean and maintain. This was especially true in the kitchen. So, we did research on Yelp and found "The Specialists" as a highly rated company which specializes in cleaning all types of flooring. My call to James M. was answered immediately. He quickly scheduled an estimate and on the day of the walkthrough, he arrived promptly even after a slight delay. His admin contacted us right away. After our meeting, it was very apparent that James is on top of his trade and his love of the skill. Most important of all, he touted all his hard working highly qualified employees' way above himself. I called back a week later with the go ahead to clean our entire home. He was flexible with our schedule even adjusted several jobs to meet it. Kevin and Randall were the team that arrived. Prior to their arrival, James called the day before and the morning of to reconfirm. The team completed cleaning the entire home's carpet and tile floor surfaces to include sealing the grout lines and buffing out the tile floor in approximately six hours. They systematically cleaned from the rear to the front of the home over 2600 sq ft. The guys were totally pet friendly towards my dog. They first cleaned the entire back bedroom and bath allowing us to hang out there while the the rest of the home was completed. Both Kevin and Randall were super friendly and totally approachable. Kevin, who I had comfortably interacted with the most patiently had an answer to all my questions. Above all during this Covid era, both had facemasks on the entire time. Lastly, not only was the job and experience way above our highest expectations, I don't believe they even took a lunch break! It was all hands-on deck from the time they said hello. I later told James that his team needed a breaks The team also provided us with knowledge about the tile cleaner which was provided us. In closing, "The Specialists" was totally customer service oriented and balanced the time to clean our entire home's flooring without compromising quality and service. All this within the estimate originally quoted. My wife and I highly recommend "The Specialists". Thanks James, Kevin and Randall! KUDOS!

This company is super professional, very responsible, and they use all natural products. Randy was our tech and he was very knowledgeable, checked with his office on one detail, and finished the job quickly! Most importantly the carpets look fantastic!

This is the second time we used the Specialists and their service and quality of cleaning is the best in town. We only have carpets in the bedrooms, so the job was small. Plus the carpets are a lighter high pile, so more attention is needed in getting the high traffic areas clean and looking fresh. Never the less, our tiny job was still treated with the upmost care and professionalism. Randal, the young man who came to clean, was prompt, super polite with a good personality. He was totally thorough with the carpets and took precautions with wall/corner covers, so the hoses and equipment would pt accidently hit the baseboards, and trims. He wore booties and a face mask too. Def recommend the Specialists to anyone who needs floors to be cleaned.

This company is top notch! We moved into a rental with horrid, horrid carpets. We worked with James who was very responsive in getting us a quote. Before starting the work, we received an estimate and signed off on it. The individual who did the cleaning was courteous, thorough, and very accommodating. We are SO pleased with 95% of the cleaning. The hallway looks new again. Unfortunately this house had bad urine damage and not everything could be cleaned. No fault of this company. We are having them back out to do a sofa cleaning. Overall would definitely hire this company again.

I have used The Specialists on three occasions for upholstery cleaning and cleaning my kitchen linoleum. They always do a great job on the upholstery, and have done an especially good job removing urine odor from the kitchen floor, the result of my aging pup. The technicians, James and Trevor, are extremely thorough, pay attention to detail and do excellent work. Office staff is helpful and accommodating; technicians arrive on time, and prices, I think, are quite reasonable for the amount and quality of work done. I highly recommend this company.

We hadn't had our carpets cleaned since pre-COVID and our bathroom tile also needed a cleaning, so I reached out to a couple of companies for estimates. Since the COVID rates were rising and we have an immunocompromised person in our house, we requested that the technician wear a mask while they were in our house. One company refused to wear a mask except while they were talking to us (gave an excuse about how the mask would get too wet). James was very responsive to my inquiry and said that their staff would wear a mask. The price was reasonable so we booked the cleaning for the next week. They called to confirm the day before (and had a note in the order about our mask request). The technician showed up early and was very professional. While I didn't hover over him while he worked, anytime I happened to see him, he was wearing his mask (over his mouth and nose). When he was done, he showed me where he thought he didn't quite get everything on the carpet in the high traffic areas, but I thought that it looked fine and the tile looked great too. They gave excellent instructions before the job re: prep and afterwards (around drying time). The next day, they called to check in and make sure that I was happy with the job. I will definitely call The Specialists whenever I need carpet or tile cleaning in the future.
