• Comment: We hadn't had our carpets cleaned since pre-COVID and our bathroom tile also needed a cleaning, so I reached out to a couple of companies for estimates. Since the COVID rates were rising and we have an immunocompromised person in our house, we requested that the technician wear a mask while they were in our house. One company refused to wear a mask except while they were talking to us (gave an excuse about how the mask would get too wet).
  
  James was very responsive to my inquiry and said that their staff would wear a mask. The price was reasonable so we booked the cleaning for the next week. They called to confirm the day before (and had a note in the order about our mask request). The technician showed up early and was very professional. While I didn't hover over him while he worked, anytime I happened to see him, he was wearing his mask (over his mouth and nose).
  
  When he was done, he showed me where he thought he didn't quite get everything on the carpet in the high traffic areas, but I thought that it looked fine and the tile looked great too. They gave excellent instructions before the job re: prep and afterwards (around drying time). The next day, they called to check in and make sure that I was happy with the job. I will definitely call The Specialists whenever I need carpet or tile cleaning in the future.
