• Comment: Carpet One Gold River recommended The Specialists to deal with stubborn traffic areas on our 2 1/2 year old carpet. Carpet One had helped us work with the carpet manufacturer about the problem, but when the manufacturer declined our claim, we turned to The Specialists. Matt worked hard to remove all of the stains, returning the carpets to almost-new status. I highly recommend them. James returned calls promptly and was very responsive to my concerns. We will be using them regularly to keep these carpets looking good. I highly recommend them, particularly if you have problem areas.
